自1978年3月至1981年11月,我们采用铈钴永磁体治疗耳软骨膜炎90例,取得了一定的疗效,现报道如下: 一般资料:90例患者均经我院耳鼻咽喉科检查确诊后介绍来我科就医治疗。本组90例病变部位均为单侧,其中男67例,女23例,年龄19～64岁,病程4天～半年,治疗次数7～30次,多数在15次以内。治疗方法:依据病情先行抽液后再用本法治疗。我们采用磁强1,200～1,600GS的铈钴永磁体(φ8×4mm)2片异名极对置法贴敷于耳廓的病变部位,磁片与皮肤接触面应衬一薄层脱脂棉,然后用氧化锌胶布固定。每隔3～7天来我科观察治疗反应,做好记录并交换胶布。在治疗过程中如肿块内尚有渗出液,需要再次抽液重贴敷磁片。若发生皮
