在以前的报告中,我们指出按照原子序数排列的下列元素:钒、铬、铜、锶、镧、铊、铅、钍,对流感病毒有抑制作用。我们也指出了,硫酸钒和氯化铬有治疗流感的作用。这里报告的是用硫酸铜和一种铜的有机化合物二乙胺铜羟基喹啉砜(diethylaminecupro-oxyquinoline sulfone)治疗流感的试验效果。莱宾和绍特曾经观察到在有硫酸铜存在时,流感病毒凝集红血球受到了抑制。铜盐的毒性:10只鼠经腹膜内注射氯化铜1毫克后,2小时内全部死亡,剖检尸体发现肠肾充血。
In the previous report, we pointed out that the following elements arranged according to the atomic number: vanadium, chromium, copper, strontium, lanthanum, thallium, lead and thorium, have an inhibitory effect on influenza virus. We also point out that vanadium sulfate and chromium chloride have the effect of treating flu. Reported here is the experimental effect of treating influenza with copper sulfate and a copper organic compound diethylaminecupro-oxyquinoline sulfone. Rabin and Sauter had observed that influenza virus agglutination of red blood cells was suppressed in the presence of copper sulfate. Toxicity of copper salts: 10 rats were intraperitoneal injection of copper chloride 1 mg, all within 2 hours of death, necropsy found intestinal bowel hyperemia.
