广西水利学会会员代表大会暨学术文流会,于一九七九年十一月三十日听取了第一届理事会提出的学会工作报告,并且认真地进行了讨论,一致通过这个工作报告。大会满意地认为,自学会成立以来,尤其是一九七八年十二月二十二日恢复活动以来,第一届理事会做了许多工作,对于团结广大水利科学技术工作者,开展学术交流,提高科学技术水平,促进水利事业的发展,起到了积极的作用。
