通过分析长期接触麻疯树种子对小鼠生理生化指标和重要器官的影响,探索麻疯树种子对小鼠的触发性毒害作用,为麻疯树生物质燃料生产链的安全性提供科学依据。研究发现:长期接触麻疯树种子后,对小鼠的心、肝、肺、肾、胸腺等重要器官以及腹下皮肤没有异常影响。但对小鼠的血液有显著影响,雄性小鼠中值细胞百分率差异显著(P<0.05),淋巴细胞百分率和中性粒细胞百分率差异极显著(P<0.01);雌性小鼠血小板、中值细胞百分率、血小板压积等三项指标差异显著(P<0.05),平均红细胞体积、红细胞压积、血红蛋白等差异极显著(P<0.01)。血液生化指标:雌性小鼠尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明:长期接触麻疯树种子会对小鼠血液生理生化部分指标有显著影响,影响程度存在性别差异。
By analyzing the effects of long-term exposure to Jatropha curcas seeds on the physiological and biochemical indexes and vital organs in mice, the toxic effects of Jatropha curcas seeds on mice were explored to provide a scientific basis for the safety of the Jatropha biomass fuel production chain. The study found: long-term exposure to Jatropha curcas seed, the mouse heart, liver, lung, kidney, thymus and other vital organs and the skin under the skin does not have anomalous effects. (P <0.05). The percentage of lymphocytes and the percentage of neutrophils were significantly different (P <0.01). The mean platelet counts of female mice (P <0.05). The mean of erythrocyte volume, hematocrit and hemoglobin were significantly different (P <0.01). Biochemical indicators of blood: BUN and triglyceride of female mice showed significant difference (P <0.05). The results showed that long-term exposure to Jatropha curcas seeds had significant effects on some indicators of blood physiology and biochemistry in mice, and there were gender differences in the degree of influence.
