沙棘是我国北方地区的优良水保和薪材树种。近年来,国内外研究者发现沙棘果实具有极高的利用价值,因此引起了林业、医药、食品部门的重视。苏联早在60年代就开始了这方面的研究,罗马尼亚和蒙古等国也作过许多研究工作,沙棘果在医药和饮料方面的应用也受到日本、美国等一些国家的重视。根据这些信息,在我国也开始形成了一个开发利用沙棘的热潮。本文就沙棘的特性和开发利用方面的一些问题谈点初浅的意见。
Seabuckthorn is an excellent species of tree species and fuelwood in northern China. In recent years, researchers at home and abroad have found that sea buckthorn fruits have extremely high utilization value, which has attracted the attention of forestry, pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs departments. The Soviet Union started its research in this field as far back as the 1960s. Many researches have also been carried out in Romania and Mongolia. The application of seabuckthorn in medicine and beverage industry has also been paid attention to by some countries such as Japan and the United States. Based on these information, in our country, a craze to develop and utilize sea buckthorn has also begun. This article on the characteristics of seabuckthorn and development and utilization of some of the problems discussed in the first part.
