本文通过对人类社会经济发展方式演变的历史事实以及信息对现代生产力诸要素影响作用的分析,建立起信息是决定现代生产力发展的“最优生产要素”理论。阐述其对信息产业选择、优先发展的指导意义和理论依据;探讨了我国信息产业发展的战略。
Based on the historical facts of the evolution of human social economic development and the impact of information on the various factors of modern productivity, this paper establishes that information is the “optimal factor of production” that determines the development of modern productive forces. Expounds its guiding significance and theoretical basis for the selection and prioritization of information industry; discusses the strategy for the development of China’s information industry.
