为观察含锗药物9443的放射增敏作用，以小鼠实体肿瘤LA－795肺腺癌研究了9443的放射增敏效果。采用肿瘤生长延缓法评价，测得平均放射增敏比为1．2，药物LD50毒性为5000mg／kg体重。
In order to observe the radiosensitization of the quinone-containing drug 9443, the radiation sensitizing effect of 9443 was studied in mouse solid tumor LA-795 lung adenocarcinoma. The tumor growth retardation method was used to evaluate the average radiosensitivity ratio was 1.2, and the toxicity of the drug LD50 was 5000 mg/kg body weight.
