安全工作安全工作是幼儿园工作的重要组成部分。由于我园园舍是一幢四层楼的居民楼房,教室面积小,户外活动场地有限,园内设有六个班,全部教室分布在楼上,易出事故,因而我们更加重视抓好安全工作。1.抓安全检查小组的建立。我园组建了一个领导、保健.总务、教师代表四结合的安全检查组,该组的工作重点是安排每月、每周的安全工作内容,检查安全制度的落实,商讨改善设备的措施。如在开展大活动时,幼儿的椅子要从四楼、三楼往下搬,容易出事故,为此,园内添置了二个班的塑料椅子备用,让幼儿安全地参加全园性的活动。2.抓规章制度的建立。近几年我园不断修订各种安全制度,使安全工作在制度
