企业是社会的经济细胞,是一个由政治、经济、文化3种力量有机结合的整体。在社会主义市场经济条件下,在激烈的竞争中,企业能否取胜,既取决于国家的经济政策和自身的经济实力,又取决于企业的文化建设。企业的竞争是文化的竞争,是具有科学文化知识人才的竞争,是管理的竞争。可以说,企业文化是企业管理的科学,是经济与文化的融合,是企业经济效益和社会效益的重要体现,是企业的发展之魂。笔者现以骏达交通运输有限公司企业文化建设实践为例,开展对交通运输企业文化建设的研究。
