引言我所于1977年底开始在生产中使用NS(亚铵基二磺酸铵)无氰镀银工艺。镀液配方采用:AgNO_3 30g/1,NS 120g/1,(NH_4)_2so_4 120g/1,柠檬酸铵8g/1,pH8.5左右(以浓氨水调)。镀一般另件也基本采用了上述配方工艺。但对高光洁度腔体另件,NS 镀液是否适用,并不请楚;也没有一个合适的工艺。因为腔内光洁度一般达▽10—12,在前处理中,既要求清洗充分,又要求不破坏基体光洁度;另外银层是否平整细致,能否满足电气性能要求。为此进行了工艺试验,提出了在稀盐酸中进行超声波清洗
