1前言 在我国钢铁企业中,按炉送钢制是科学管理轧钢生产的重要内容,执行按炉送钢制其目的是保证钢铁产品质量均匀稳定,防止产品混号发生。所谓按炉送钢制,就是从炼钢厂生产出的钢锭(连铸坯)经开坯到轧钢厂所经过的各个工序:原料炉、加热出炉、轧制、剪切、打印、收集堆垛、清理精整、入库及发货都要按炉号(轧制批号)转送。由于目前国内钢铁企业计算机自动化控制水平不高,特别是大型钢铁联合企业,因其生产作业线长、冶炼和轧制之间的周转环节
