本刊讯 为适应扩大对外开放形势的需要,中国科学院国际科技合作协会在西安召开的中国科学院1995年外事工作会议上宣告正式成立。
In order to meet the need of opening up to the outside world, the publication of the Journal of International Cooperation in Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was formally established at the 1995 Foreign Affairs Working Meeting convened by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Xi'an.
