对云南某地难处理氧化铜矿进行了酸浸回收铜的试验研究。首先对原矿进行多元素分析、物相分析、XRD和XPS表征,确立了酸浸的试验方案。为考察各因素之间的交互作用,优化浸出条件,采用Design-Expert 8.0软件设计4因素5水平CCD响应曲面模型,建立了硫酸浓度、液固比、磨矿细度和浸出时间对铜的浸出率影响的多元二次回归方程模型。结果表明:硫酸浓度和磨矿细度对铜的浸出率影响极显著,液固比、浸出时间和液固比与细度的交互作用对铜的浸出率影响显著,其余不显著。响应曲面优化结果表明:在较低耗酸和较低磨矿细度的条件
