目的探讨显微精索静脉结扎术对精索静脉曲张患者勃起功能的疗效。方法选取我院2016年3月~2018年2月收治的精索静脉曲张患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,对照组行腹膜

目的探讨显微精索静脉结扎术对精索静脉曲张患者勃起功能的疗效。方法选取我院2016年3月~2018年2月收治的精索静脉曲张患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,对照组行腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术,治疗组行显微精索静脉结扎术。比较两组患者勃起功能和射精功能。结果治疗后两组患者IIEF-5评分均明显升高,FS-14评分均明显下降,其中治疗组IIEF-5评分明显高于对照组,FS-14评分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组I级患者明显增加,且多于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论显微镜精索静脉高位结扎术显著的提高男性的勃起功能,疗效显著,可在临床上加以运用和推广。
