企业文化是企业个性化的体现,是激发团队凝聚力、创造力的精神动力,是企业常青的关键要素。不同成功企业的优秀文化,在具有浓厚的个性色彩之外,也存在一些共性因子。笔者在多年的企业管理之中,一直致力于探索保持企业常青的共性文化因子,并将这些因子应用到中国电信浙江台州分公司的企业文化建设之中。总结这些共性文化因子,主要是家园文化、创新文化、执行文化、表扬和批评文化、社会责任文化这五个环环相连、相辅相成的核心因素。这五个共性因子分别就像奥运五环的颜色,各代表一定的意义,是优秀企业文化的共性基因。
Corporate culture is the embodiment of individual business, is to stimulate the team cohesion, the driving force of creativity, is the key to evergreen business elements. Outstanding culture of different successful enterprises, in addition to a strong personality, there are also some common factors. The author in many years of enterprise management, has been committed to exploring common business culture to maintain corporate culture factors, and these factors are applied to China Telecom Zhejiang Taizhou branch of the corporate culture. Summarizing these common cultural factors, they are mainly the five core factors that connect and complement each other in a home-based culture, an innovative culture, an executive culture, a recognition and criticism of culture, and a culture of social responsibility. The five common factors, respectively, like the color of the Olympic rings, each representing a certain significance, is a common corporate culture of common genes.
