随着社会经济的发展和人们生活方式的改变,糖尿病发病率逐年升高。据统计,2003年糖尿病患病率已达7%,预计到2010年将增至14%。相对于高患病率而言,我们的糖尿病检出率却很低,约有50%的糖尿病患者出现并发症或合并症时才被发现。糖尿病性周围神经病是糖尿病最常见并发症之一,可呈对称性复发性神经病、单神经病或复发性单神经病,可累及感觉、运动和自主神经,多以感觉性症状为主[1]。现将我院2004年12月~2008年12月因动眼神经麻痹首诊于眼科,后确诊为2型糖尿病的病例总结如下。
With the social and economic development and changes in people’s lifestyle, the incidence of diabetes increased year by year. According to statistics, the prevalence rate of diabetes in 2003 has reached 7% and is expected to increase to 14% by 2010. Relative to the high prevalence, our diabetes detection rate is very low, about 50% of diabetic patients were found complications or complications. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus, which may be symmetrical recurrent neuropathy, mononeuropathy or recurrent mononeuropathy, which may affect the sensory, motor and autonomic nerves, mostly sensory symptoms [1]. Now in our hospital from December 2004 to December 2008 the first diagnosis of oculomotor nerve paralysis in ophthalmology, diagnosed as type 2 diabetes cases are summarized below.
