目的 :探讨心肌缺血预适应对梗死心肌的保护作用 ;方法 :对 2 5例急性心肌梗死 ( AMI)患者按发病前 2 4h内有无心绞痛分为有缺血预适应组 ( IP,12例 )及无缺血预适应组 ( NIP,13例 ) ,并对各组患者的左室舒张功能和心肌梗死面积进行统计分析。结果 :IP组的心肌酶 CK、CK-MB峰值、心电图估测的梗死面积及左室舒张功能指标二尖瓣血流 A/E比值均低于 NIP组 ,而左室收缩功能指标左室短轴缩短率 ( FS)无明显变化 ;结论 :心肌缺血预适应具有保护心肌、减少梗死面积、减轻梗死后左室舒张功能的损害
Objective: To investigate the protective effects of myocardial ischemic preconditioning on myocardial infarction. Methods: Twenty-five patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were divided into ischemic preconditioning group (IP, 12 cases ) And no ischemic preconditioning group (NIP, 13 cases). The left ventricular diastolic function and myocardial infarction area in each group were statistically analyzed. Results: Compared with NIP group, CK, CK-MB peak value, infarct size estimated by electrocardiogram, and A / E ratio of left ventricular diastolic function index in IP group were significantly lower than those in NIP group Axis shortening (FS) had no significant change; Conclusion: Myocardial ischemic preconditioning can protect myocardium, reduce infarct size and reduce the damage of left ventricular diastolic function after infarction
