目的:探讨固尔苏在基层医院治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的临床应用价值。方法:将70例患NRDS的新生儿随机分为两组,对照组采用机械通气治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用固尔苏治疗,比较两组在治疗后血气情况、通气时间、氧疗时间、症状缓解时间、住院时间的差异。结果:治疗后24、48 h观察组患儿氧分压明显升高,二氧化碳分压显著降低,吸入氧浓度下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组在住院时间、氧疗时间、辅助通气时间、呼吸困难持续时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义。结论:在基层医院开展机械通气联合固尔苏治疗NRDS具有重要临床意义,能明显提高临床疗效及降低死亡率,提高转运成功率,值得基层医院广泛开展应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of Gul’su Su in treating primary neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) in primary hospitals. Methods: Seventy neonates with NRDS were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with mechanical ventilation. The observation group was treated with Guer Su on the basis of the control group. The blood gas, ventilation time, Treatment time, symptom relief time, hospitalization time difference. Results: After 24 and 48 hours of treatment, the partial pressure of oxygen in observation group increased significantly, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide decreased significantly, the concentration of inhaled oxygen decreased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) , Oxygen therapy time, assisted ventilation time, duration of dyspnea than the control group was significantly shorter, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The combination of mechanical ventilation with gastrodia tuberculosis in primary hospitals has important clinical significance, which can significantly improve clinical efficacy and reduce mortality, and improve the success rate of transportation. It deserves wide application in primary hospitals.
