气缸体循环冷却水(油)道封头见图1,属“球缺形”类封头。工艺步骤通常为落坯料、压形复合进行,因H值较小,不设压边装置。坯料的尺寸按D_p=(8(R+0.5t)(H+0.5t)+C)~(1/2)公式计算,式中C值不小于4倍材料厚度,凭经验选取。公式比较繁琐,且理论计算值并不十分可靠,往往要作多次修正。毛坯直径过大或者过小,都会导致材料上的浪费或产品质量的降低,甚至造成废品,受到不应有的经济损失。所以,对坯料尺寸的选取,一般都要反复试验后才能确定。即使如此,密封效果也不理想,因为其密封区在圆周上为线接触(见图1),油孔封头还得承受每平方厘米3~4公斤力的
