教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央、全国少工委关于实施“全国中小学生课外文体活动工程”的通知(2001年5月28日)教体艺[2001]4号为深入贯彻第三次全教会精神,全面推进素质教育,促进中小学生的全面发展和健康成长,教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央、全国少工委决定从2001年起,在全国组织实施“全国中小学生课外文体活动工程”。本项活动以《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》精神为指导,以全民健身和“生动、活泼、自主发展”为主题,以推进素质教育和配合“减负”工作为核心,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,以使广大中小学生都能积极参加文明、健康、活泼的课外文体活动为工作目标,从而达到促进中小学生身心全面发展的目的。现将《“全国中小学生课外文体活动工程”实施计划》和《“全国中小学生课外文体活动工程示范区”评选方案》印发给你们,请按照规划和要求做好有关工作。
