俄罗斯军队正在积极打造符合21世纪要求的陆军装备体系,计划重点发展3种通用地面机动平台,即代号“台风”的轻型平台,代号为“飞镖”(轮式)与“库尔干人”25的中型平台(履带式),以及代号“舰队”的重型平台。俄军计划在这些未来通用平台上,发展各种作战与技术保障车辆。在这三类通用平台当中,“台风”最为引人注目,将发展多种变型车。由于采用了通用化、模块化发展思路,“台风”装甲车不仅促进了俄陆军装备体系的优化,还会降低研制风险,缩短研制周期,增强装备的互换性,提高装备可靠性、维修性。
The Russian military is actively building an Army equipment system that meets the requirements of the 21st century.
