目的探讨甲型H1N1患者血清心肌酶的变化,为甲型H1N1的防治提供参考。方法选择我院确诊的甲型H1N1病人46例作为观察组,保健科体检的健康人40例作为对照组,分别采静脉血3ml,分离血清,进行肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶MB同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTni)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)五项心肌酶指标检测。结果甲型H1N1患者CK、CK-MB、cTni水平明显高于正常对照组,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.001),LDH、AST与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲型H1N1感染时部分患者易发生不同程度的心肌损害,常规检测心肌酶能及早发现心肌损伤,及时治疗,避免贻误病情。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum myocardial enzymes in patients with type A H1N1 and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of type A H1N1. Methods Forty-six healthy subjects diagnosed as type A H1N1 in our hospital were selected as the observation group and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Serum samples were collected from venous blood for 3 ml respectively. Serum creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase MB CK-MB, cTni, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of CK, CK-MB and cTni in patients with type A H1N1 were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.001). There was no significant difference in LDH and AST between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Some patients with type A H1N1 infection tend to develop different degrees of myocardial damage, routine detection of myocardial enzymes can be early detection of myocardial injury, timely treatment to avoid delaying the disease.
