随着对软接触镜并发症深入研究,已证实软接触镜显著增加角膜溃疡的危险,其主要原因是软接触镜降低眼部抵抗力并且引起角膜损伤。但对软接触镜护理系统及镜片微生物污染情况,检索文献国内无类似报道。本文对100例软接触镜护理系统进行微生物培养,现分析如下:对象与方法在本院随访及治疗的100例软接触镜配戴者,男30例女70例,年龄17—36岁,平均22.7岁。发生角膜溃疡42例,非感染性角膜浸润24例,急性红眼反应10例,滤泡性结膜炎6例,巨乳头状结膜炎10例,无并发症8例。所有戴镜者均记录戴镜情况及镜
With the in-depth study of complications of soft contact lenses, soft contact lenses have been shown to significantly increase the risk of corneal ulcers, primarily due to soft contact lenses that reduce eye resistance and cause corneal damage. However, the soft contact lens care system and lens microbial contamination, no similar domestic search literature reported. 100 cases of soft contact lens care system for microbial culture, are analyzed as follows: Subjects and methods of follow-up and treatment in our hospital 100 cases of soft contact lens wearers, 30 males and 70 females, aged 17-36 years, mean 22.7 years old. Corneal ulcer occurred in 42 cases, 24 cases of non-infectious corneal infiltration, acute red-eye reaction in 10 cases, follicular conjunctivitis in 6 cases, 10 cases of giant papillary conjunctivitis, no complications in 8 cases.
