我院1988年1月至1991年10月,采用CO_2激光治疗外耳道外段乳头状瘤26例30耳,获得较满意疗效。现报告如下。一、一般资料男23例27耳,女3例3耳。年龄30～60岁,其中30～55岁19例。病程1个月至2年。多数有在理发时或平时经常挖耳习惯。以单发多见,多发较少。本组26例30耳中;单发25耳,多发5耳。二、治疗方法患者取坐位或平卧头侧位。常规消毒、铺巾。用2％利多卡因3ml加0.1％肾上腺素1滴,
