蛛网膜下腔出血为内科急症之一,由于某些病例之临床表现常不典型,故每易误诊。据我院1965～1978年收治的49例中,在他院或我院误诊的即达13例之多,误诊率为26.9％。为了提高对本病的认识,现摘要报告,并略加讨论。误诊为原发性癫癎 女,46岁。主诉为突然昏倒、阵发癫癎样抽搐半小时、小便失禁而于1974年12月7日被送入我院急诊,并以癫癎留察治疗,既往体健,无类似病史。留察期间神志模糊,并先后抽搐二次,每次持续3～4分钟,乃以“癫癎持续状态”之诊断,于12月8日收入
