目的:本文通过调查五年制护生临床见习期间存在的问题并提出改善对策。方法:制定《护生见习期间存在问题及对本学期安排见习课程评价的调查表》,随机抽取我院2013级五年制200名见习护生进行问卷调查。结果五年制护生对本学期安排护理见习课程很满意的占86%,满意的占13%,不满意的占1%。结论:五年制护生对本学期安排护理见习课程满意度较高。但在临床见习期间也存在诸多问题,主要体现在学习态度、见习纪律、动手能力和沟通能力等方面,总体满意度不是很高,建议学校与医院进一步优化见习计划,全面培养护生的综合能力,以提高见习质量。
OBJECTIVE: This article investigates the existing problems during the five-year nursing student clinical probation and proposes the improvement measures. Methods: Formulating a Questionnaire about the Existence of Nursing Student Internship and Appraising Placement of Trainees in this Semester, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 randomly selected probationary nursing students in 2013 grade of 2013 in our hospital. Results Five-year nursing students were satisfied with the placement of nursing internship courses this semester 86%, 13% satisfied, unsatisfied 1%. Conclusions: Five-year nursing students are more satisfied with the placement of nursing intern courses during the semester. However, there are also many problems during clinical probation, which are mainly reflected in learning attitudes, trainee ability, communication skills, etc. The overall satisfaction is not very high. Schools and hospitals are recommended to further optimize the probationary plan and comprehensively develop the comprehensive ability of nursing students , To improve the quality of trainee.
