党内民主直接关系到党在农村工作的活力、能力和创新力,关系到党在农村的形象,关系到农村党的战斗堡垒建设。农村基层党建体制机制创新为农村基层党内民主提供了新的运作平台,使农村基层党内民主建设得到加强,党员的主体地位得到发挥,党的先进性得到体现。
Inner-party democracy is directly related to the vitality, ability and creativity of the party in rural work, to the image of the party in the rural areas, and to the construction of the fighting fort in the rural areas. The innovation of system and mechanism of rural party organizations at the grassroots level provides a new operation platform for rural grassroots party democracy, strengthens the building of grassroots democracy within the rural grassroots units, gives play to the principal status of party members and reflects the advanced nature of the party.
