高校图书馆利用自身的文献资源收藏,为本地区的社会经济发展和建设做贡献,为本地区的居民提供开放式服务,应该成为我国高校图书馆今后新的重要职责,但目前我国高校图书馆为地区服务意识还很欠缺,需要多方借鉴国外的先进经验。文章以日本信州大学图书馆为例,概观了他们服务地区,与地区全方位合作以及今后的目标。
University libraries make use of their own collections of literature resources to contribute to the social and economic development and construction in the region and to provide open services to residents in the region, which should become a new important responsibility of the university library in the future. However, at present, The awareness of serving the region is still lacking, and we need to draw on advanced experiences from other countries. Taking the Shinshu University Library in Japan as an example, this article provides an overview of their service areas, their all-round cooperation with the region and their future goals.
