哺乳动物心房组织分泌的激素利钠多肽(ANP)能调节内环境体液和血压的稳定平衡。从猪脑的酸性提取物内,已分离纯化出由26个氨基酸组成的新的猪脑利钠多肽(porcine brain natriuretie peptide,PBNP),此神经多肽具有 ANP-样免疫生物活性。将 PBNP 作氨基酸全序列分析与α-ANP 氨基酸序列[4-28位]比较时,显示出很高的同源性,但又有显著区别,表明两者的基因不同,PBNP 26个氨基酸残基有7个氨基酸改变和1个精氨酸插入。α-ANP位于半胱氨酸残基一侧的17个氨基酸序列[7-23位]是具有 ANP 活性的主要部位。α-ANP 与 PBNP 羧端
Mammalian atrial tissue secretion of sodium androgen peptide (ANP) can regulate the body fluid and blood pressure in the stable balance. A new 26-amino acid porcine brain natriuretie peptide (PBNP) has been isolated and purified from the acidic extracts of porcine brain. The neural polypeptide has ANP-like immunogenic activity. Comparison of the full-length amino acid sequence of PBNP with the amino acid sequence of [alpha] -ANP [position 4-28] showed high homology but with significant differences, indicating that the two genes are different and the 26 amino acid residues of PBNP There are 7 amino acid changes and 1 arginine insertion. The 17 amino acid sequence of [alpha] -ANP on the cysteine residue side [positions 7-23] is a major site with ANP activity. α-ANP and PBNP carboxyl terminal
