新医改中,作为医院管理体系中的薪酬制度改革,对于体现医院特点,充分调动医务人员的积极性有很大作用,同时也是新医改中惠民目标实现的重要手段。采用科学的方法完善薪酬分配机制,实行以经济效益和社会效益并重的考核机制,合理确定医务人员待遇水平,是医改中的一大重点。医院薪酬体系改革要在符合国家当前关于医院运行机制改革和管理要求的前提下,形成合理的激励机制,保证医院健康可持续发展,保证国家医疗体系改革的顺利进行。
In the new medical reform, as a reform of the remuneration system in the hospital management system, it plays an important role in reflecting the characteristics of the hospital and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the medical staff. It is also an important means to achieve the goal of benefiting the people in the new medical reform.
