护理质量管理实效对医院护理质量发挥着重要的作用。本文重点分析了当前护理质量管理存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了提高护理质量管理质量的实效,以期为提高当前医院护理质量提供参考。
Nursing quality management effectiveness of hospital nursing plays an important role. This article focuses on the existing problems of nursing quality management, and puts forward the actual effect of improving the quality of nursing quality management in order to provide a reference for improving the quality of current hospital care.
