本文以含脱粘的金属/复合材料粘接结构为对象,研究在结构含脱粘缺陷情况下,复合材料厚度对固有频率、振型和柔度矩阵的影响。结果表明,随着厚度的增大,固有频率、脱粘区域的振型和柔度矩阵的变化率都呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,在厚度为5mm附近有最大值;柔度矩阵检测不同复合材料厚度下小面积脱粘是可行的。论文研究结果可为下一步运用模态方法对喷管的脱粘缺陷进行实验检测提供相应的理论指导。
In this paper, with the debonded metal / composite bonding structure as the object, the effect of the composite thickness on the natural frequency, mode shape and flexibility matrix in the case of structure containing debonding defects was studied. The results show that with the increase of thickness, the natural frequency and the rate of change of flexibility matrix in the debonding area all increase first and then decrease, and have the maximum value around 5 mm. Flexibility matrix test It is feasible to debonding a small area with different thickness of composite materials. The results of the dissertation can provide the theoretical guidance for the next step of using the modal method to experimentally detect the debonding defects of the nozzle.
