小学一个班级有五六十人,他们来自不同的家庭,有着不同的背景,这决定了学生个体之间有很大的差异性;在学校,很多常规的工作都得班主任布置,而班级工作又得常抓不懈,班级里还时不时地有偶发事件。那么,如何管理好一个班级就非常考验一个班主任的智慧。我认为,管理好一个班级,起码应做到以下几点。一、班主任要有“人气”管理好一个班级,班主任首先要有“人气”。也就是说,班主任说的话、布置的任务,全班学生都积极响应,认真去做。难以想象,一个无“人气”的班主任,说的话、布置的任务应者寥寥,或者推脱应付,他管理的班级会是一个有凝聚力的班集体。
