目的评价玻璃体手术切与不切晶状体术后瞳孔纤维膜形成的关系。方法玻璃体切除术145例，按手术中行晶体切除与不切除分成两组，观察术后瞳孔区纤维膜形成情况。结果瞳孔区纤维膜形成者22眼（15％），未切除晶状体的104眼中8眼发生纤维膜形成占7．7％，切除晶状体的41眼中14眼占34．3％（P＜0．001）。结论玻璃体手术中切除晶状体有增加瞳孔区纤维膜形成的趋势。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between postoperative vitreoretinal surgery and pupillary membrane formation after lensless surgery. Methods 145 cases of vitrectomy were divided into two groups according to the operation of crystal excision and excision. The formation of fibular membrane in the pupil area was observed. Results Fibrinolysis occurred in 22 eyes (15%) in pupil region, 7.7% in 8 of 104 eyes without capsulotomy and 34.3% in 41 eyes with excision of lens (P <0.001) ). Conclusion The vitreous surgery in the removal of the lens to increase the pupil zone fiber membrane formation trend.
