成本控制是医院财务管理中的重要环节,进行成本控制可以提升利润空间,也与医院的发展息息相关。本文通过阐述医院成本控制的意义,分析了当前医院成本控制存在的问题及原因,并提出了改善医院成本控制的应对措施。
Cost control is an important part of the hospital’s financial management. Cost control can increase profit margins and is also closely related to the development of the hospital. This paper expounds the significance of hospital cost control, analyzes the existing problems and reasons of hospital cost control, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve hospital cost control.
