本文应用等离子体(ICP)发射光谱分析的方法,对21例胆色素结石及其难溶残渣中多种元素进行了对照分析。结果表明,胆色素结石及其难溶残渣中主要含有九种元素,其中钙含量为最高,部分元素以可溶状态存在,部分以难溶状态存在,难溶组分的百分含量与残渣中钙的残余量具有紧密的正相关关系。因此,认为钙元素主要生成难溶性钙盐在成石过程中起重要作用。
In this paper, plasma-based (ICP) emission spectroscopy was used to analyze the various elements in 21 cases of bile pigment stones and their insoluble residues. The results showed that there are nine kinds of elements mainly contained in the bile pigment stone and its refractory residue, in which the content of calcium is the highest, some of the elements exist in the soluble state, some exist in the insoluble state, The residual amount of calcium has a close positive correlation. Therefore, it is considered that the calcium element mainly forms the insoluble calcium salt and plays an important role in the stone forming process.
