党员是党的肌体细胞和党的活动的主体,是联系群众的桥梁和纽带。当前,国有企业党组织“两学一做”学习教育正在深入展开。笔者认为,“两学一做”学习教育是全面从严治党向基层延伸,落实到每个支部、每名党员的有力抓手,基层党组织要突出“合格共产党员”教育这个主题,建立健全“两学一做”常态化、制度化机制,增强党员党性观念,加强党性锻炼,促使党员始终保持先进性和纯洁性。本文就新形势下加强合格共产党员教育问题
