近年来,在改革开放、竞争向上、建立社会主义市场经济的新形势下,商业、金融业、医院、车站等行业为立足于社会,提高自己的社会知名度,创最佳的社会、经济效益,都在各自的对外服务“窗口”上做文章,下功夫。并不惜代价修饰服务“窗口”,利用报刊、电台、电视台做广告宣传、举办展销会、开展微笑服务、售后服务等。相比之下,档案馆的服务“窗口”却冷清的多。我们根据自己的性质、特点,围绕搞好服务不妨借鉴他们的做法,将档案服务“窗口”来一个改善。
