本文所用生药苦豆子(Sophora alopecurcides L、)系甘肃省浪沽地区所产,实验用夏末采集的地上部分(茎、叶、种子)兰州医学院附一院药剂科按醇提法获得总碱,制成棕黄色注射液,含量20mg/4ml,1H5～6,简称WPK注射液。近年来我们对本品在免疫、抗炎、抑菌及解热方面进行了实验研究,报告如下: 一、WFK对小白鼠免疫功能的影响: 实验结果表明:WFK注射液在所用剂量为2mg/kg体重;4mg/kg体重均可提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力,与空
The Sophora alopecurcides (L.) used in this article was produced in the Lancang area of Gansu Province.
