1.定性:取冲剂2包加水溶解。另取原料和药渣各5g,分别用石油醚提取后定容至10ml,各点样15μl于硅胶GF_(254)层析板上。以苯:乙酸乙酯(6:4)展开,取出挥干溶剂盾于紫外灯(波长254nm)下观察。结果见图。原料及药渣成分基本一致,并与五味子甲、乙素有相应斑点,而冲剂无任何斑点。2.定量:分别取五味子冲剂、原料及药渣,按照文献[中成药研究(7):10,1985]的方法测定木脂素类含量。结果以五酯甲计算,原料为0.25%,药渣为0.40%,冲剂不含。3.讨论: (1) 实验结果表明,五味子冲
1. Qualitative: Take 2 packets of granules and dissolve in water.
