1资料与方法回顾性分析2005年1月-2010年6月本院呼吸内科及因皮肤症状伴发呼吸系统症状而转入呼吸科诊治的20例多发性肌炎/皮肌炎(PM/DM)并间质性肺炎患者的临床资料。入选的PM/DM伴发间质性肺炎均符合以下诊断标准:①1975年Bohn和Peter提出的PM/DM诊断标准[1];②具有间质性肺炎的临床表现和/或明确的HRCT间质性肺炎的影像。2结果2.1一般资料共入选20例,男6例,女14例;PM 8例,DM
