本文运用氯离子(Cl~-)定位和多糖染色技术,对小鼠胃腺壁细胞超微结构进行了研究。结果发现,Cl~-只定位于壁细胞的内小管和细胞间隙中,小管泡系呈阴性反应;六胺银多糖染色则呈不一致性反应,分别为强阳性、弱阳性或阴性,其阳性反应区只集中于靠近游离面的小管泡系及游离面上。实验结果说明,盐酸分泌过程中还伴随着由小管泡系参与的多糖分泌,而且多糖分泌呈周期性,各壁细胞的这种周期是不同步的。
In this paper, we used chloride (Cl ~ -) localization and polysaccharide staining techniques to study the ultrastructure of gastric gland parietal cells in mice. The results showed that Cl ~ - localized only in the inner tubules and intercellular spaces of parietal cells, and vacuoles of tubules were negative. Clostridium perfringens polysaccharide staining showed inconsistent reactions, which were strongly positive, weakly positive or negative, respectively. The positive reaction Zone only focus on the small tube near the free surface of the bubble system and the free surface. The experimental results show that the process of hydrochloric acid secretion is accompanied by the secretion of polysaccharide involved in the small tube system, and the polysaccharide secretion is periodic, and the cell cycle of each wall is not synchronized.
