我厂承制的北京谱仪主漂移室(以下简称主漂移室),是用于正负电子对撞机工程中的大型薄壁铝制桶形构件,长2.2m,直径2.3m.桶两端的端面板上钻有3.6万多个小通孔,孔心距偏差为0.04mm。其中24对φ10×40mm的光学孔的对应孔心距偏差为0.25mm,测量允许误差为±0.125mm。考虑到主漂移室空间尺寸大、相对精度高、易变形、调整及测量复杂的特点,试采用光学经纬仪、精密水准仪组合测量的方法(见图1所示)测量其对应孔心偏差。
The main drift chamber of Beijing Spectrometer (hereinafter referred to as the main drift chamber), which is made by our factory, is a large-thin-walled aluminum barrel member used in the project of the positive and negative electron collider with a length of 2.2m and a diameter of 2.3m. There are over 36,000 small through holes drilled on the end face plate, the deviation of the hole center distance is 0.04mm. 24 pairs of φ10 × 40mm optical hole corresponding hole center distance deviation of 0.25mm, the measurement error is ± 0.125mm. Taking into account the main drift chamber space size, high relative accuracy, easy to deformation, adjustment and measurement of complex features, try optical theodolite, precision level combination of measurement methods (see Figure 1) to measure the corresponding hole center deviation.
