《招标投标法实施条例》(以下简称《条例》)在严格遵从《招标投标法》的基础上,对其进行了细化、补充、完善。吸收多年来招标实务中积累的经验,结合部门规章及政策性文件,进一步创新完善招投标制度,统一招投标规则,强化招投标监督管理,维护健康的市场竞争秩序。为宣传并更好地贯彻实施《条例》,中国招标投标协会先后组织召开《条例》座谈会。
The Implementation Regulations of Bidding and Bidding Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) strictly abided by the “Bidding and Tendering Law”, based on which were refined, supplemented and perfected. Absorbing the accumulated experience in bidding practice over the years, and combining departmental rules and policy documents, we will further innovate and perfect the system of bid inviting and tendering, unify the bidding and tendering rules, strengthen the supervision and administration of bidding and tendering, and maintain a healthy order of market competition. In order to promote and better implement the “Regulations”, China Tendering and Bidding Association has organized a “Regulations” Symposium.
