目的:观察青春期牙龈炎患者龈下菌斑中牙周致病菌的变化特点,并分析其相关因素。方法:选取2014年3月至2015年9月在我科接受治疗的80例青春期牙龈炎患者为研究对象(观察组),同时抽取50例某校初中生作为对照组。比较两组受检者牙周状况和龈下菌斑致病菌的检出率,并分析影响青春期龈炎患者龈下菌斑检出率的相关因素。结果:1、2和3级青春期龈炎患者的牙龈指数、菌斑指数和龈沟出血指数均高于对照组(P<0.05),且3级龈炎患者的上述指标高于2级龈炎患者,2级患者上述指标高于1级患者,差异具有统计学意义;各级青春期龈炎患者龈下菌斑中致病菌牙龈卜啉单胞菌(Pg)、中间普氏菌(Pi)、福赛斯坦纳菌(Tf)和齿垢密螺旋体(Td)的检出率均高于对照组,2、3级龈炎患者上述致病菌的检出率均高于1级龈炎患者,而2、3级龈炎患者间差异无统计学意义;各组患者致病菌含量由高到低分别为3级龈炎组、2级龈炎组、1级龈炎组和对照组;龈炎患者的年龄、龈炎程度、吸烟、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数与Pg、Pi、Tf和Td的检出率显著正相关,而性别与上述致病菌的检出率无明显相关性。结论:青春期牙龈炎患者牙周状况较差,与龈炎程度相关;中重度龈炎患者龈下菌斑检出率较高,致病菌检出率与年龄、龈炎程度、吸烟、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数显著正相关。
Objective: To observe the changes of periodontal pathogenic bacteria in subgingival plaque in adolescent gingivitis and to analyze its related factors. Methods: Eighty adolescent gingivitis patients treated in our department from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the observation group (observation group), while 50 junior high school students were selected as the control group. Periodontal status and the detection rate of subgingival plaque pathogens were compared between the two groups, and the related factors influencing the detection rate of subgingival plaque in puberty gingivitis were analyzed. Results: The gingival index, plaque index and sulcus hemorrhage index in grade 1, 2 and 3 adolescent gingivitis patients were higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and those in grade 3 gingivitis were higher than those in grade 2 gingivitis (Pg), Prunella pertussis (Pi) in the subgingival plaque in patients with grade 2 were higher than those in grade 1, (Tf) and Treponema denticola (Td) were higher than those in the control group. The detection rates of the above pathogenic bacteria in grade 2 and 3 gingivitis patients were higher than those in grade 1 gingivitis patients , While there was no significant difference between the two groups of gingivitis patients. The pathogenic bacteria contents of each group were 3 gingivitis group, 2 gingivitis group, 1 gingivitis group and control group from high to low, The age, gingivitis, smoking, gingival index, plaque index and sulcus bleeding index of gingivitis patients were positively correlated with the detection rates of Pg, Pi, Tf and Td, while the gender and the detection rate of the above pathogenic bacteria No significant correlation. Conclusion: The periodontal condition of adolescent gingivitis patients is poor, which is related to the degree of gingivitis. The detection rate of subgingival plaque in patients with moderate to severe gingivitis is higher, the detection rate of pathogens and age, gingivitis, smoking, gingival index , Plaque index, sulcus bleeding index was significantly positive correlation.
