我们采用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）对１３５例肝硬化患者血清ＰⅢＰ水平进行测定，结果显示，血清ＰⅢＰ水平与门静脉宽度及凝血酶原时间成明显正相关；食道静脉曲张及其所致上消化道出血患者血清ＰⅢＰ水平明显高于非曲张组，并且Ｃｈｉｌｄ－ｐｕｇｈＢＣ级患者血清ＰⅢＰ水平明显高于Ａ级患者。提示血清ＰⅢＰ对肝硬化上消化道出血在某种程度上有一定的预示作用
