本实验用酸硷滴定和CS-930薄层扫描法测定了浙江省不同产区,不同年份元胡中总生物硷及延胡索乙素的含量。方法简便,正确,再现性好。
In this experiment, acid hydrazine titration and CS-930 thin-layer scanning method were used to determine the contents of total bio-anthraquinone and tetrahydropalmatine in different production areas of Zhejiang Province and in different years. The method is simple, correct and reproducible.
