多年来,笔者喜用蜈蚣治疗顽固性头痛,三叉神经痛、肋间神经痛、风湿痹痛以及中,晚期恶性肿瘤疼痛等,收效颇佳。今举数例,以求正于同人。 1.晚期肝癌疼痛季×,男,45岁。患原发性肝癌,化疗未见好转。1个月来肝区痛甚,每需肌注杜冷丁方止。昨日起剧痛难忍,连续肌注杜冷丁200mg,痛未缓解,故诊于中医。处方:蜈蚣30条。用法:加水1000ml,文火久煎2小时以上,得滤汁约300ml,频频服之。用药30分钟后,疼痛减轻,2小时后疼痛消失。 2.三叉神经痛。李×,女,56岁。左侧三叉神经Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ枝痛30年,时痛时止。2个月前复发,左侧头面部痛如刀割,不能言语饮食,夜不安寐,面赤舌红,头晕耳鸣,脉弦数。曾服西药卡马西平片等罔效。余以清肝泻火之剂水煎服,另用蜈蚣1克、全虫3克共为末,一次冲服,日3次。
