胜利炼油厂催化裂化装置,采用“三环节”和“两箱”组合分析方法,根据现场实测数据,进行了能量平衡和火用平衡计算,并对该装置的用能情况进行了分析。结果表明,催化装置在能量转换环节和能量回收环节有很大潜力,指出了降低再生器及能量回收系统能耗、优化换热网络以及低温热利用是催化装置节能的重点。
Based on the field data, the energy balance and exergy balance of Shengli refinery catalytic cracking unit were analyzed by using “three links” and “two boxes” combination analysis method. The energy consumption of this unit was analyzed. The results show that the catalytic converter has great potential in energy conversion and energy recovery. It is pointed out that reducing the energy consumption of the regenerator and energy recovery system, optimizing the heat exchange network and utilizing low temperature heat are the key points of energy saving in catalytic converters.
