本文给出了某1700mm冷轧厂钢卷煤气退火炉数学模型的建立及为补偿煤气压力波动和系统大时延而设计的自校正前馈内模预测控制器。仿真及运行结果均表明系统具有良好的调节和跟踪特性.
This paper presents the establishment of a mathematical model of a 1700mm cold rolling mill steel coil annealing furnace and a self-tuning feedforward internal model predictive controller designed to compensate for gas pressure fluctuations and system large delays. Simulation and operation results show that the system has good regulation and tracking characteristics.
